I have never tried Yoga. It is something I have always wanted to try but I feel I am not very coordinated.

I miss yoga. It's been a while (probably since midway through pregnancy -- I didn't like the prenatal yoga I tried, so I stopped when my regular practice became too challenging).

Namaste. (ICLW)
